Alejandra is a school librarian living in the Pasadena area. In addition to reading, she likes going on walks, doing pilates, eating yummy vegan food, not driving, and watching movies.
Qualifications:
- BA in Human Development from UCSD
- MLIS from San Jose State University
- Reading Science Certificate from Mount St. Joseph University
- with an extensive Orton-Gillingham practicum
- CERI-certified Structured Literacy Classroom Teacher
- Teaches a Middle School Structured Literacy Course
- Currently runs the LA-based “Short and Sweet” book club
